In our busy society today, our body's nervous system is so over stressed by the constant deluge of negative news, electrical stimulation, through our diets and the polluted environments in which we live.
The sheer day to day fullness of our lives on planet earth are exhausting our internal energies and placing us in a constant state of "fight or flight".
We become so use to this constant pressure we forget what a strain it is having on our body and mind.
Stress, deep unconscious stress is now being looked at as the main cause of illness or dis-ease.

This is an afternoon that will give you an experience of what it feels like to meditate.
Both Robert and Shauna have been practising meditation for well over 3 decades. They have studied many aspects of the mind and body through the philosophies of Yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity and western Psychology. They've had many teachers, from ancient pathways of Buddhist and Hindu/yoga traditions to present day western scientific approaches.
They understand that to get the most out of any meditative practice, it is essential to find a method that best suits your needs and level of self awareness.
